Frequently asked questions and policies.
Do you take Health Insurance?
No, we do not accept health insurance. Most health insurance companies don't cover massage or IV therapy even with a medical recommendation. We are able to create a super bill that you can submit to your insurance company if they do cover these services. We also accept HSA and FSA cards.
Will you work on kids?
Yes, for IV/IM/Massage/Automated Wellness we will work with kids that are at least 14 years old. We will need additional consent forms completed and a parent present throughout the entire appointment.
Arrival Time
To ensure you receive the full benefit and enjoyment of your treatment, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows time to check in, prepare, and relax before your service begins.
Please note that arriving late may shorten your session, which can impact its effectiveness. We appreciate your punctuality and look forward to providing you with the best possible experience.
Late Policy Massage/Aesthetics/Automated Wellness
Our daily schedule is designed to run efficiently and on time. If you arrive late for your appointment, it will still end at the originally scheduled time in order to avoid delays for the next client. Late arrivals will result in reduced session time, and the full appointment fee will still apply. We kindly encourage you to plan ahead for potential delays such as traffic or road construction to ensure a timely arrival.
Late Arrivals – IV/IM Therapy
To keep our services running smoothly and on time, clients who arrive late for their IV or IM therapy may not be seen immediately. Clients who arrive on time will be given priority, and late arrivals will be accommodated in the next available time slot, if possible.
Please understand that arriving late may result in a wait or the need to reschedule. To avoid delays, we recommend arriving a few minutes early and allowing extra time for traffic or other unforeseen circumstances.
Late Cancellations
If you're unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the full-service price for Massage/Aesthetics/Automated Wellness or a $40 fee for IV/IM appointments.
A prepaid session (such as from a membership, package, or gift certificate) may also be used in place of this fee.
Please note: Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is still considered a late cancellation and will be subject to the same policy.
No-Shows
A missed appointment—whether forgotten or intentionally skipped—is considered a No-Show. A fee equal to 50% of the full-service price for Massage/Aesthetics/Automated Wellness or $40 for IV/IM services will be automatically charged.
A prepaid session (membership, package, or gift certificate) may be used in place of the fee. This charge must be paid before booking a new appointment.

We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience. However, we prefer cash, check, or gift cards*.
